How we work with AI.
Multi-agent Claude Code workflows, MCP toolchain integrations, and a self-improving methodology baked into every engagement. Real systems that work, not strategy decks.

AI without the smoke.
AI is not going to understand how to fix your SEO unless you can tell AI how to fix your SEO.
Most AI consultants give you slides. We give you systems that work.
The AI consulting market in 2026 is full of vapor: vendors selling AI strategy, AI transformation, and AI readiness assessments that produce decks instead of running software. Their pitch is that AI is too complicated for you to figure out and only they can guide you through it.
Our pitch is the opposite. AI is a tool. Real tools have outcomes. We've built the workflows, integrated the tools, and launched the production systems that prove what's possible. You don't need to understand the latest model architecture. You need to know that the work gets done faster, at higher quality, and with documentation your team can maintain after we leave.
What we've built
Multi-agent Claude Code workflows.
We orchestrate multiple AI agents working together on a single engineering task. One agent reads the codebase, another reads the requirements, another tests the changes, another writes the documentation. We use Claude Code's sub-agent architecture in .claude/agents/ to define specialized roles for each agent.
MCP toolchain integrations.
We've configured Model Context Protocol integrations across the tools your team already uses for performance marketing, analytics, e-commerce, and content: GitHub, Linear, Figma, Notion, PostHog, Klaviyo, Netlify, Shopify, Cloudflare. The AI doesn't operate in a vacuum. It operates in your stack.
CLAUDE.md self-improvement methodology.
Every engagement runs on a documented operating system: project-specific CLAUDE.md files, reusable scaffolds, milestone-based git commits, and a feedback loop that improves the methodology with each engagement. This is documented IP, not a one-off prompt.
Figma MCP design-to-code extraction.
When the design is in Figma, we extract specs programmatically (typography, spacing, color tokens, brand rules) instead of transcribing them by hand. Brand fidelity goes up. Implementation time goes down.
Reusable project scaffolds.
Blueprint templates for WordPress, Shopify, Astro, and generic web projects. New engagements start from a documented baseline, not from scratch.
What makes this different
We do the work.
Most AI consultants sell strategy decks and roadmaps. We build and deliver production code with AI-augmented workflows. The deliverable is running software, not a PDF.
We use real tools.
Claude Code is real. MCP is real. These are documented, in-production tools we use every day. We don't make up acronyms to charge for.
We integrate with your stack.
We don't ask you to adopt our ecosystem. We adopt yours, integrate AI into it, and document the workflow so your team can keep using it.
We're builders, not strategists.
AI is a velocity multiplier when you're already a senior engineer. When you're not, AI generates plausible-sounding code that doesn't quite work. We're senior engineers first. The AI is the multiplier, not the substitute.
Outcomes
How it shows up in your work
The methodology shows up in three places.
Velocity
Engagements build and launch in days what most teams build in weeks. Pre-launch e-commerce infrastructure assembled in a single focused engagement. Multi-domain M&A handoffs completed in days, not months.
Quality
Documentation is generated alongside code, not as an afterthought. Architecture decisions are written down, not just discussed. Your team can maintain what we built because the AI helped document it as we went.
Adoption
When we leave, your team isn't dependent on us. We document the methodology, the prompts, the scaffolds, and the integration points. If you want to keep using these workflows, you can. We don't hold knowledge hostage.
